craving for more.

Who We Are

The Quest Kitchen was founded in 2025 with a single, stubborn belief: Indore deserves food that doesn't compromise. Not on ingredients. Not on craft. Not on the experience.

We started in a small kitchen, refining recipes obsessively — tasting, failing, tasting again — until every dish on our menu earned its place. The Kurkure Paneer Momos took eleven iterations. The Midnight Royale Waffle, fourteen.

We are not a fast-food brand. We are a slow-thought brand that happens to deliver fast. Every item on our menu exists because we genuinely believe it's the best version of that dish that Indore has ever tasted.

That's our quest. It never ends.

The Journey

How the quest
unfolded

The Spark · Early 2025

The idea ignites

A conversation over bad food. A shared frustration. A decision to simply do it better — with intention and care.

The Lab · Mid 2025

Months of obsession

Recipe after recipe. The kitchen smells like experimentation. We don't stop until we believe in every single dish.

The Launch · Late 2025

Indore, meet The Quest

We go live. The first orders come in. The feedback is immediate — and overwhelming. We knew we had something real.

Now · 2025 & Beyond

The quest continues

A growing family. New dishes on the horizon. New cities waiting. The mission stays exactly the same: make something you'd be proud to eat yourself.

What We Stand For

Our philosophy
in three principles

01
Hands chopping fresh coriander with a chef's knife

Craft over convenience

We never take shortcuts that compromise flavour. Every technique, every ingredient, every method is chosen with purpose.

02
Spoons of ground spices and whole peppercorns on dark slate

Honest ingredients

We use what we'd feed our own families. Nothing artificial, nothing synthetic. Good food starts long before it reaches the pan.

03
A cook plating greens by hand with tweezers

Cooked with care

Every order is treated as if someone is waiting on it with real hunger and real expectation. Because they are. And they deserve our best.

"Hello Team, Just a quick review from my side. I received your heartwarming handwritten message along with the food, and it truly made my day. Honestly I was a bit upset earlier, but received your lovely message. Coming to the food, I have been ordering from you for a week now, and everything has been amazing. The jalapeño balls are absolutely delicious, and the cheese corn momos are so yummy. Please keep maintaining the same taste and quality in all your food. Have a great day!"
