The Quest Kitchen was founded in 2025 with a single, stubborn belief: Indore deserves food that doesn't compromise. Not on ingredients. Not on craft. Not on the experience.
We started in a small kitchen, refining recipes obsessively — tasting, failing, tasting again — until every dish on our menu earned its place. The Kurkure Paneer Momos took eleven iterations. The Midnight Royale Waffle, fourteen.
We are not a fast-food brand. We are a slow-thought brand that happens to deliver fast. Every item on our menu exists because we genuinely believe it's the best version of that dish that Indore has ever tasted.
